    Catherine M. Cabalo Associate

     

    Cat graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 2001. Upon graduation, Cat clerked for now-retired Justice Mario R. Ramil of the Hawai`i Supreme Court. Prior to joining Brandt Law Group, Cat worked as an associate attorney for a small labor and employment law firm, assisting employees and labor unions in the areas of litigation, employment law, and civil rights law.

    Cat has joined Michael Brandt as an associate attorney in the firm’s real estate, intellectual property, and litigation practices. She works with clients to resolve and, if necessary, litigate boundary disputes, easement issues, misrepresentation and non-disclosure claims, condominium disputes, and breach of contract issues. She also represents employees in matters involving unemployment benefits, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, Family and Medical Leave Act claims, and discrimination claims.
