Michael D. Brandt: Principal
Michael wears many hats as a Seattle real estate attorney. He is an experienced problem-solver, an aggressive litigator, and a creative business advisor.
Michael represents buyers and sellers of real estate in the resolution of disputes and, if necessary, litigation related to cases of undisclosed and/or concealed defects, fraudulent misrepresentation matters, boundary disputes, easement issues, and specific enforcement of real estate agreements. Michael also counsels buyers, sellers, and owners of residential and commercial real estate on purchase and sale agreements, leases, condominium conversions, and boundary-line issues.
